Meet The Owner
Hi! I’m Megan Tevlin, founder, owner, and lead organizer of The Organizing Blonde. I’m passionate about organizing, and I love seeing how implementing sustainable organizing techniques can improve my clients’ lives! I decided to start a full-service professional organizing company after working for nearly a decade as a Management Consultant after earning my MBA. During this phase of my career, I helped Fortune 500 companies create and implement streamlined business processes in the operations and supply chain space to boost productivity and revenue.
While I took pride in seeing the transformative results of my work in large corporate settings, I felt that something was missing. I knew it was time to get more personal and focus on introducing busy individuals to the benefits of an organized home.
Behind the Scenes…
As you might expect from a professional organizer, I’m a detail fanatic, and some of my favorite products are things that save time, boost productivity, and work together to make my own life more convenient. For example, I love dry shampoo, coffee, a good label, and I’m an expert carry-on suitcase packer. Not all of my likes and dislikes are a reflection of my passion for organizing. I hate mushrooms and mayonnaise, love watching football (both college and pro), and my not-so-secret guilty pleasure is watching reality shows on Bravo. I’ve called LA my home for the past five years, and I feel so connected to the vibrant culture and innovative energy of this busy city. At home, I love relaxing and unwinding by watching my favorite shows and snuggling with my husband and our two dogs: a mixed terrier named Cooper and a mini sheepadoodle named Zooey.
